Hendrik combines 20 years
of investment banking experience in London and Amsterdam with a decade of
hands-on management experience in manufacturing industry in the Netherlands and
Germany. He is passionate about strategic thinking and making concrete plans
for development and, if required, assisting hands-on with realising those plans.
From 1988 to 1995 he was trained as an investment banker in London working for Barclays de Zoete Wedd and Schroders. From 1996 to 2008, he was M&A transaction leader at ING Barings, Amsterdam primarily working in Benelux, Germany, France and UK specialising in food wholesale/retail, industrial manufacturing, transport & logistics, technical services as well as privatisation. In 2009 he made a career change assuming a wide range of hands-on management responsibilities in manufacturing industry.
Hendrik understands to penetrate difficult matters, identifies the true issues and formulates them succinctly. Undaunted by challenges, he sets to work for his clients to resolve issues and book results.
Clemens is a legal adviser with long-standing experience in cross-border transactions in Western and Eastern Europe and in the regulation of telecommunications industries. He likes to see beyond the obvious and is persistent in reaching set goals.
From 2014 until 2023, he advised institutional investors and family offices on investments in start-ups in healthcare, IT and renewable energy sectors and real estate in Germany, Finland and the UK.
From 2007 to 2014, Clemens worked for international law firms in Moscow advising European and US companies regarding their business ventures in Russia and Kazakhstan. From 2002 to 2007 he worked for the Federal German Telecommunication Regulator in Berlin.
