Hendrik combines 20 years of investment banking experience in London and Amsterdam with a decade of hands-on management experience in manufacturing industry in the Netherlands and Germany. He is passionate about strategic thinking and making concrete plans for development and, if required, assisting hands-on with realising those plans.

From 1988 to 1995 he was trained as an investment banker in London working for Barclays de Zoete Wedd and Schroders. From 1996 to 2008, he was M&A transaction leader at ING Barings, Amsterdam primarily working in Benelux, Germany, France and UK specialising in food wholesale/retail, industrial manufacturing, transport & logistics, technical services as well as privatisation. In 2009 he made a career change assuming a wide range of hands-on management responsibilities in manufacturing industry.

Hendrik understands to penetrate difficult matters, identifies the true issues and formulates them succinctly. Undaunted by challenges, he sets to work for his clients to resolve issues and book results.
